DirectCrew will combine trade fit, proximity, completion history, and vouching overlap into a single Joint Fit Score for proposed worker-project matches. We won't switch it on until enough verified local jobs exist in a market to make the signal meaningful. No AI ranking on thin data, no scores invented from three sample projects.
Today, the founding cohort is doing the boring, important part: recording real jobs, getting client signoffs, and building the worker-level history that makes any future scoring honest.

Worker Reliability Signal
Built from trade fit, location, availability, credentials, verified history, and completion consistency. Decision support — not a ranking.
Contractor Reliability Signal
Built from payment behavior, scope clarity, change-order fairness, cancellation patterns, and worker feedback over time.
Client Readiness Signal
Project clarity, budget realism, timeline, deposit status, and prior completion behavior.
Crew Compatibility Signal
An early indicator of how well specific workers and crews tend to work together on similar scopes.
Project-Fit & Risk Signal
Highlights unclear scope, unrealistic budget, missing credentials, cancellation patterns, or delegation mismatch.
Value-Efficiency Signal
Outcomes relative to project size, cost band, complexity, and reliability — sometimes called "bang for buck." Never "cheapest option." Better context, not a verdict.
Joint Fit Score
Combines the above into a single estimate to help a worker and project make a decision. Decision support, not a guarantee.
Advanced insights require enough verified records. Early scores may be unavailable, limited, or marked as building. DirectCrew will not present small samples as definitive rankings.
