Workers see

  • Workers and contractors who worked on their projects
  • Nothing else

Default visibility is minimal. You opt in to share more.

What you control

What you can opt into.

Workers · 3 tiers

  • Private (default). Only you see your data.
  • Compare-only. Your stats feed an anonymous benchmark. Nobody sees your name.
  • Discoverable. Other contractors can find you by trade and location.

Contractors · 2 tiers

  • Private (default). Your crew stats are visible only to you.
  • Public benchmark. Crew-level stats visible to other contractors. Individual workers are never published.

Clients

Choose whether project records you've signed off on appear in worker portfolios.

Default: yes for the worker. Your identity is shown as initials only.

Hard lines

What DirectCrew never does.

  • We never sell your data to advertisers or recruiters.
  • We never publish individual worker rankings without the worker's explicit consent.
  • We never show your stats to your contractor without your knowledge.
  • We never lock your reputation to the platform — you can export your project records as a PDF portfolio anytime.
  • We never use your data to train AI models without your opt-in.

Your personal profile is removed. Project records remain attributed to the contractor who ran the project.
