Trust & Safety
Construction work needs more than a phone number.
DirectCrew helps clients, contractors, and workers create clearer records before, during, and after a job.

How DirectCrew supports trust
Six places a record helps.
Each one is a moment where confusion typically begins — and where documentation prevents it.
Worker visibility
Clients should know who is actually assigned to a project. DirectCrew helps surface worker profiles, trade skills, credentials, photos, and completed project history.
Delegation disclosure
If a contractor or worker brings another person onto a job, that person should be disclosed and added to the project record when appropriate.
Scope and change orders
Many disputes start because the scope changed and nobody documented it. DirectCrew helps organize original scope, requested changes, approvals, and completion notes.
Photos and progress records
Project photos help show what was agreed, what changed, and what was completed.
Completion signoff
Completed work should create a record for the client, contractor, and worker.
Reciprocal reputation
Trust should not only flow one way. Workers can build reputation from completed jobs, and contractors and clients can build reliability records through clear scopes, fair changes, and timely payment.
The DirectCrew Trust Graph
DirectCrew gets smarter as real projects are documented.
Each job file can connect workers, contractors, clients, scopes, photos, milestones, change orders, delegation records, completion signoffs, reviews, payment behavior, referrals, and rehire outcomes. Over time, this creates better worker reputation, contractor reliability, client readiness, project risk scoring, and matching recommendations.

How signals combine
DirectCrew uses project records for decision support and trust-building. Scores and indicators are not guarantees.
Platform classification
What DirectCrew is — and isn't.
- DirectCrew is a documentation, discovery, and operations platform. It does not employ, contract, dispatch, supervise, train, schedule, set rates for, or guarantee work for any worker.
- Workers are independent. They set their own rates, schedule, scope of work, and which jobs they accept.
- Businesses and homeowners handle their own compliance with licensing, insurance, tax classification, jobsite safety, and permitting requirements.
- Scores and signals are decision-support only — not employment recommendations or guarantees of performance.
Platform limits
DirectCrew is not a contractor, employer, insurer, legal advisor, or permitting authority. Users are responsible for complying with licensing, insurance, tax, safety, and permit requirements for their work and location.
